Overview

Intellegent Chess (“App”) does not collect, store, analyze, share, or sell personal data. The App operates fully on-device and does not transmit any user content to servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No names, emails, phone numbers
• No identifiers or advertising IDs
• No location, contacts, calendars, photos, microphone, or camera data
• No diagnostics, analytics, or usage telemetry
• No cookies or tracking technologies

Processing

• All features—including AI move guidance, lessons, tactics, and analysis—run on the device.
• No profiling, personalization, or behavioral tracking based on user data.

Network & Third Parties

• No external servers are used for App functionality.
• No third-party SDKs for analytics, ads, or attribution.
• No data sharing with any third party.

Storage & Retention

• By design, the App does not persist personal data.
• Temporary, non-personal state (e.g., current puzzle position) remains on device and is deleted when the App/session closes or when you uninstall the App.
